Project Description

Thanks to the trust of our customers, our team was able to complete the electrical installation of the new hotel of the Wood Spring Suites located in Lake Jackson in which Dynamic Electric Inc. took charge of the entire electrical installation from running the main power lines to the small details in each of the rooms and common areas.

  • Run primary power for transformer
  • Run conduits for parking lights
  • Run power for monument sign
  • Concrete encased duct banks
  • High voltage and medium voltage distribution
  • Conduit and vault system installation
  • Low voltage conduit with pull string
Rough-in
  • Complete wiring for 123 units
  • Wiring for common areas (hallways, lobby, laundry, gym)
  • Installation for all interior and exterior lighting
  • Run low voltage conduit and wiring (VOICE/DATA/CAMERAS)
  • Run wiring and conduit for fire alarm
  • Run SER feeders
  • Run power for elevators
  • Run power for all A/C units
  • Install emergency lighting
  • Run power for access control
Electrical Service
  • Run secondary power for main distribution panel
  • Run feeders for 123 units with panel installation
